Megan Hammes, MS, MCHES is the Owner of Hammes Homestead and Consulting based out of Kalona, Iowa. Megan is primarily focused on providing Mental Health First Aid Training to leadership teams and work groups, in addition to a suicide prevention training called Question, Persuade, Refer. Megan will customize workshops to certain industry types with a focus on culture of wellbeing, resilience, and self-care. With a 20+ year career in employee/worksite health and well-being, Megan is driven to make a difference by normalizing conversations around mental health.
